Dried lime is one of the main seasonings in Iranian cuisine, adding an excellent taste and aroma to the dishes. It is mainly made from dried Shirazi lime and added (dried or powdered) to food and Khoresh for its sour taste. Dried lime can be used in Ghormeh Sabzi, Abgoosht, soups, tea, herbal brews, and Sharbat.

Eighty-gram stand-up pouches are made of disposable plastic and are great to put on the shelf.
