Stages of quality control in Zarkhah Company:
1. Controlling the raw materials:
All raw materials and components are audited based on the defined standards and determined checklists, and after being confirmed and initially examined, they are allowed to be entered to the warehouse.
2. Quality control during the production process:
To ensure the quality consistency of the products, the quality control experts of Zarkhah Company do the act of sampling the products on a regular basis.
3. Quality control of final products:
Sampling is done again before the final products are entered in the warehouse and put in the distribution fleet. The products are reexamined based on the determined standards, and then, the permission to enter the final warehouse is issued.
Special controls done over Zarkhah saffron:
Considering the sensitivity of the saffron and numerous frauds done on this product, special guidelines have been defined by the quality control unit to check the entered saffron. Sampling is done on the saffron entered from the company farms and suppliers at the time of being entered into the sampling warehouse, and all the saffron is quarantined and sealed until the test results are checked. The saffron is examined based on the standards defined for its color, scent, quality and structure. If approved, the saffron will enter the warehouse, and the rest which do not meet the standard quorum of the company will be returned.
