In the production of rock candy, by the use of modern techniques, sugar syrup is cooked via indirect heat (the heat from water vaporization). By using this method, minimum damage is done to the sugar syrup. The water used for the manufacture of sugar syrup and ultimately for the production of rock candy is refined by RO Water Purification Machine. After combining it with sugar and cooking it to form a pure syrup, a mechanical filter is used within two stages to filter particles the size of centimeters and millimeters. Then a filter press machine (with disposable filter papers) is used to filter particles the size of microns. After removing the impure substances, the syrup is transferred to the crystallization hothouses by a pipeline welding system (made of pure steel) equipped with automatic carriages.
