Spices
Spice is an aromatic part of a plant that can include the stem, root, fruit, or seed and can be used both ground or underground to add color and aroma to foods. Spices add a lot of variety, color, and flavor to foods, despite the fact that they are only used in trace amounts. Spices, in addition to adding some salt, vitamins, and fiber to foods, help to improve health by neutralizing free radicals.
